Aim for good not perfect! - ARTICLE

The main reason you get burned out is because you are doing your best.

Perfectionism is a top source of stress.

The funny thing is that most actions don’t need to be perfect.

In fact, most of the times, no one cares.

You can reach the exact same result with only half the energy input.

Have you noticed how perfectionism works: you work on a project for half a day and reach 80% of the expected result in no time.

This is the high energy part.

After that, you might spend 2 or 3 days perfecting the project without actually multiplying its value.

This imaginary increase of the value of what you did is a waste of your time and energy in most cases.

Aim for good not perfect!

Get rid of the perfectionism trap because!

It simply takes you down!
