I want to improve my customer service
I am having dealership of branded two wheeler company. I want to improve my customer service in my workshop with new & latest ideas. I want to become no 1 service dealer. I need your help sir.



Good! You are inspired! The key to success is to have ideas and follow up on them. What makes you go from where you are to where you want to be is action! Taking action! Experimenting and at least taking some risks.

If you listen to doubts and hesitations, you stop trying and stop gaining experience.

Try things and readapt you marketing strategies as you learn.

Practical ideas?

Put customers first: they are the priority number 1

Ask them what they want. Make surveys and find out exactly what their needs are. It will tell you exactly where you have to put your energy.

In the same way, never let them leave you workshop without asking them if they were satisfied with your service.
